We have
put together a Quick Self
Defense Tips Guide for your Convenience.
Remember your personal safety is your responsibility. We all have
natural instincts to protect ourselves, this has been true since the
beginning of time. Although most of us don’t have the proper
training
to do so in an effective way. Below are a list of things to think about
and remember to help you protect yourself, and your loved ones in
everyday life. Personal safety is serious business, so is Women's
Self Defense, so please always be
prepared.

At Home:
- Never open the door to a stranger
- Always make it appear that you are not alone
- Keep doors and windows locked and dead bolted
- If a stranger calls on the phone, never let them know
you are alone
When out in public:
- Always be aware of your surroundings (Look, Listen,
and Pay Attention)
- Always have an escape route
- Always be ready to defend yourself
Walking or Jogging:
- Always try to plan a safe route
- Stay alert and be aware of your surroundings
- Walk or Jog with a friend if possible
- If someone is following you, let them know you see
them
Driving:
- Always keep your doors locked
- If someone is following you, drive directly to the
police station or to a busy shopping center to get help
- Keep valuables hidden and out of site
- If someone try’s to enter your car with you
inside, roll the window down about an inch and spray them in the face
with pepper spray, then hurriedly drive away.
- When returning to your car, always have your keys in
your hand, with your pepper spray on your key chain, look inside the
car before getting in.
Dating or Partying:
- Always remember that most rapes that are committed
were by someone the victim knew
- Always pay attention to what’s going on
around you
- Never drink so much that you can’t control
the circumstances that may be presented
- Never leave a drink unattended, if you have to leave
it then order a new one. Don’t give someone an opportunity to
drug you
- Never let something go to far, if you tell him no,
that means no. If the advances continue leave or scream for help. This
could possibly even be the time you would pull out your pepper
spray or stun gun
and use it.
- Never take a ride by someone you can’t
trust completely, or be prepared to defend
yourself
To sum this all up, you always have to be prepared to defend or protect
yourself. Whether it is to Run, Scream, Fight, or to use
your Pepper
Spray, Stun
Gun, Taser,
or any personal defense tool you may have.
Non lethal self defense weapon save lives. Don’t be a victim
or statistic. This is a crazy dangerous world we live in today. Crime
statistics just keep going up, you never know when you might be in
